I love discovering new gems in the city✨ Now about this workshop 🧖🏾‍♀️ I genuinely loved the fact that this wasn’t one of those workshops where you might feel pressured to do everything. The instructor was very clear about going at your own pace & doing what works for you. Personally I’ve done a cold plunge before & when I tell you I screameddd 😂 I wanted to try it again this time around but decided to stick to the Sauna cycles, and it was definitely what I needed during this end of year recharge & reset season. & the guided breathing exercises while in the sauna?
