Custom Travel Plans

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your purchase price if you choose to cancel within 24 hours after the initial consultation. This allows you time to reconsider and make any necessary adjustments.

50% Refund: If you decide to cancel after the initial 24-hour period but within 3 days after the initial consultation, you are eligible for a 50% refund. This period allows for a partial refund to account for the work already undertaken in tailoring your personalized travel plan.

No Refund: After 3 days from the initial consultation, no refunds will be provided. This is to account for the time and effort invested in crafting and refining your personalized travel plan.

Sale Purchase: Only regular priced custom travel plans may be refunded. If you purchase your custom travel plan at a sale price, it will be a final sale and cannot be refunded.

Process for Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at within the specified refund period. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Digital Products

Final Sale: All digital products that are not a custom travel plan are a final sale. No refunds will be provided after purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your digital product, we encourage you to reach out to We will review each case on an individual basis and may consider exceptions based on the nature of the circumstances.
