I attended one of their workshops & before u get into the experience, look at this spacee?? I love discovering new gems in the city✨

Now about this workshop 🧖🏾‍♀️ I genuinely loved the fact that this wasn’t one of those workshops where you might feel pressured to do everything. The instructor was very clear about going at your own pace & doing what works for you. Personally I’ve done a cold plunge before & when I tell you I screameddd 😂 I wanted to try it again this time around but decided to stick to the Sauna cycles, and it was definitely what I needed during this end of year recharge & reset season. & the guided breathing exercises while in the sauna? Yupp I’ll be back for more of that! 🤏🏾

Ever since my favorite waffle place closed, I’ve been low-key praying for a replacement, so shoutout to Wafflato for coming through. And thankfully, the food actually delivered because you know how annoying it is when a place is hyped up just for the food to be mid! 😭

& if waffles aren’t your thing, they’ve got all the usual breakfast classics on the menu too

As tempting as it is to stay inside and hibernate all winter, I’ve learned that’s actually not the solution to the yearly winter blues 😭 So this season we’re going things a little differently but with some balance of coursee

This fragrance workshop hosted by @joinmondaygirl & @ol.facto was a great reminder that there are simple and slow-paced activities that can be done during the colder seasons, on days that you just need a little nudge to leave the house but nothing too overwhelming.

I checked out Fantôme by @calgarymarriott, and everything about it felt cozy, elegant, and elevated. If you’re like me and prefer your weekends chill - good drinks and relaxing spaces - this is it! It also gives you the perfect excuse to get dressed up and head out with your girls, or even for a quiet date night ✨
